Booking is easy, call us to confirm availability. Afterwards, you
continue with finalizing your appointment by filling out the form
on
Hire Helpers page and then using our checkout.

After you completed finalizing your appointment, you will be
contact by a live agent to confirm the details. You will also be
given the providers contact details the same day as you book in
the event you need to contact them for changes

How it Works                              
No. The movers are independent providers or moving companies.

Are the providers insured?
Some providers are insured and some are not. We have several
different companies enrolled in our moving labor program. Always ask
your provider for details.

What if the movers break something?
If the company is fully insured, then they will assist you according to
their policies. If the company is not insured, they are still required by
law to provide minimum coverage of 60 cents per pound on the item
they damaged.

What if I do not hear from the movers after I placed the order?
Moving Help providers usually contact new customers within 24 hours.
In the event you do not hear from your provider, feel free to contact
them directly.

What if the movers do not show up on moving day?
If you have trouble communicating with your movers prior to your
move or during moving day, please let us know so we can have one of
our other helpers assist you.

What if they complete the move faster than scheduled?
Movers do, at times ,surprise us with their speed. Companies
schedule according to the customers appointments. So if you book 3
hours of moving help then the company blocks off 3 hours of their time
for you.

Can I tip movers?
Moving is just like any other service based industry, tipping the
movers directly is allowed.

What if I need to cancel my order?
If you cancel your order at least 24 hours in advanced, then you are
refunded 100%.
