How do I book a team?


Select a team, check availability and continue filling out the reservation form. Book your team online with a small deposit. All major credit & debit cards are accepted.




Will someone contact me?


Yes! Once we recieve your reservation form, we double-check with the local company by phone. After you have been assigned to a team, we email you the teams contact information. It usually takes 24-48 hours to assign you to a local team.




What if noone is available?


In the event you reserved a team and noone is available, we notify you as soon as possible. We cancel your order and refund your deposit 100%. You will be notified within 48 hours if noone is available to service your request.




How do I contact my movers?


After you have been assigned to a local team, we email your teams name, email and contact number. Contact your local team to report any last-minute changes. Email us for cancellations.




How do I pay for services?


You book a team online by placing a small deposit with a major credit card. Pay the remaining balance on location in the form of cash directly to your team after your move is complete. Smart & safe move.




What's your cancellation policy?


Free Cancellation for 48 hours! Cancel your reservation within 48 hours of booking and get your deposit back 100%. After that, get 50% of your deposit back on cancellation. Cancel with less than 24 hours till your scheduled appointment and lose your deposit. Free cancellation for 48 hours does not apply to same or next day service reservations. Last-minute reservations that result in a cancellation will be charged 50% of the deposit placed.
