In the past 2 months, we experienced a spike in submission from movers wanting to get listed on our website and moving app. A significant spike - one that made us sit and write this article.
Moving Help Center - The Boom
We greatly appreciate the interest! Now, we have push harder than before to keep up with the communications. We were not expecting the overnight jump, it did catch us off guard.
Are you a mover looking to get listed on our platform? We do have an easy process. Basically, you fill out an application, submit a payment, wait 72 hours for us to review and investigate - and that's pretty much it.
Although we get a lot of submissions daily, we get only a few actually completed submissions. We only read completed submissions, the rest we may or may not follow up on weeks after the submission.
If a mover submits an application but does not pay the registration, we consider it an incomplete submission; therefore, we do not review them until we are finished with all the applications from members who submitted the application correctly. To us, that's fair. We cannot take time to call all the applicants who submitted an incomplete application and solicit the correct information. We just move on to the next.
The Fast Track
Yes, we have, in some cases, listed a company hours after submission. How does that happen? Easily, they submitted the application correctly - and they submitted a link to a 3rd party website so we could see their reviews. We do show favoritism to those who have experience and can follow the instructions.
We look for experienced professionals - not just people who can lift and stack. Are you a professional grade mover? Let's see - start here!
