They were awesome! The other moving company never showed up and they were able to send two people last minute who were helpful and friendly and very efficient. Really great experience!

They were nice people. But the ad says they have a dolly and furniture wrapping and they did NOT have a dolly. And they didn’t have plastic wrap to wrap furniture and when I provided it they pushed back on even doing the furniture wrapping saying they don’t normally do that and customers have that done before they even get there. They also did not seem to have experience getting everything in a truck appropriately. It was a mess and I do not trust it will make it to where I am going safely. (I haven’t unloaded yet) I wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

How does this site work?Local movers list their services, rates and availability on our platform and we connect them to our state of the art booking system. Clients book a team online and pay the movers on moving day directly. Some movers provide 'labor only' and some come with a moving truck or trailer. Each listing will state if they are for labor only or if their services included a truck/trailer. When in doubt, call us at 800-721-5740. We will help you book the type of service you need.

How can I book a moving team?Click the 'Book Now' button on the mover's profile, select a day and time, and book a team online. Pay a small deposit to secure your team, with the remaining balance due on moving day.

How can I contact my movers?After booking a team online, we will process your reservation and email you the team's contact information.

Will someone contact me?You may contact your team by phone on the number that is sent to your email after booking. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Movers may take up to 24 hours to call after you have booked them online.

How do I pay for services?You book a team online by placing a small deposit with a major credit card. Pay the remaining balance to your team after your move is complete. Cash on location or other payment methods may be used. Contact your local team in advance to discuss payment options.

What's your cancellation policy?Free Cancellation for 48 hours! Cancel your reservation within 48 hours of booking and get your deposit back 100%. After that, get 50% of your deposit back on cancellation. Cancel with less than 24 hours till your scheduled appointment and lose your deposit. Free cancellation for 48 hours does not apply to same or next day service reservations. Last-minute reservations that result in a cancellation will be charged 50% of the deposit placed.
